I will be making Gluten Free breads and sweet bread items later this week at a discounted price for customer reviews. Looking for feedback like texture, sweetness, dryness, moistness etc. All GF items will be made with designated GF baking pans, bowls and utensils and made in a separate room to avoid 99% of cross contamination. I make my own gf flour blends using organic non gmo gf grains: white rice, brown rice, yellow pea, lentils, oat flour, quinoa and amaranth.

Beginning next week, I will be adding gluten free items to the list of breads and treats for ordering. These items will be made on separate days, to avoid cross contamination.

In the coming days I will be creating my own GF flour blends using only organic ingredients. If there's enough interest and orders, I will make them on a weekly basis. Otherwise, they will only be available twice a month. Please feel free to message me with any questions you may have.
