We serve organic, fair-trade, shade-grown, specialty-grade coffee, and espresso drinks along with New York Bagels, sandwiches, smoothies, and pastry treats. Open 7 am to 5 pm, daily. 828-200-9308. Calders is a Scottish Gaelic term meaning “stony rivers.” The name and the image of the bear are intended as a respectful nod to Highlands’ natural beauty and regional history.
