We are back! After taking last year off from baking, we will now resume baking on Holidays with a few days in between for our peanut butter bar loving clients!

For Valentines Day we will be offering GF and GF/DF cookie decorating kits (perfect for those school parties)

Kits will come with 6 large heart cookies, frosting and sprinkles. Cost $12 per kit.

Pickup will be February 4th in Highland or Feb 5th in Provo. This will ensure you have them for school parties and Valentines weekend. Kits freeze well if needed.

In the past week I have made low carb sugar free brownies and a low carb sugar free cinnamon roll coffee cake. Both were very good. I meant to take pictures, but everyone started eating them before I did!:)
On another note, we have general conference coming up for the LDS folks. I am wondering if you are interested in me providing cinnamon rolls or should we skip that this year in light of the pandemic? Let me know your thoughts...

In the past few weeks I have been experimenting with baking with Lakanto monk fruit sweetener and stevia sweeteners. I'm hoping to be able to perfect some tasty treats for those that might need no sugar/low carb. A couple weeks ago I made some fudge which tasted just ok, but not great. I think it could be really good with a little more work. Tonight I had a win with these cowboy cookie dough truffles.
