Delivered to a really awesome customer! It is their anniversary and his favorite night time snack is Oreos and peanut butter. I made them my representation of a peanut butter cup. It is a peanut butter cheesecake with an oreo crust, chocolate ganache, peanut butter crumpled on top, lined with Oreos on the outer edge. I hope they enjoy!
