Cheryl went to Rowan College at Burlington County Community College and graduated with an Associates of Applied Science in Baking and Pastry Arts in 2014. Following in her mother's footsteps, Brittany graduated from Johnson and Wales University with an Associates of Applied Science in Baking and Pastry Arts in 2015. Cheryl has loved baking for a long time and initially started by just making desse

rts for church and family functions. After we both had graduated, we started selling our baked goods professionally. Cheryl took over the work when Brittany joined the Military in 2016. Now that Brittany has separated from the Air Force, the mother-daughter duo is back in business! Combining Brittany's love of the science with Cheryl's eye and talent for design and detail, we are a dream team. (It helps that we have a short-hand that we both understand!- Bri). The Sweet Spot is a lifelong dream for us. We've been planning this shop since 2014 and this is the next step; going from I Luv Sweets run by Cheryl alone to The Sweet Spot run by both! We plan on opening an actual storefront at some point (I just need to finish my Business Degree!-Bri), but for now we are a professional home bakery with a love and passion for what we do!
