I've made Pain De Mie today. Which is sourdough sandwich bread that is enriched with milk and loads of butter and slow fermented for 48 hours. They are absolutely delicious, and I've made 12. Someone has already claimed 3, so I've got 8 left. $13 each, cash or Venmo please.
