It is with many mixed emotions that Blue Hutch Bakery & Goods is announcing that my family and I will be moving out of state and therefore have closed up the bakery here in New Jersey.

Over this past year, I have been privileged to meet and get to know so many amazing people who have purchased from me and supported my small business both through online ordering as well as at the markets. You guys have truly been my favorite part of what I do, and I am going to miss everyone very much.

I wish everyone the best, and who knows, maybe I will re-open Blue Hutch Bakery & Goods when we get settled in our new home.

This is Blue Hutch Husband! He is my biggest support and faithfully cleans the pile of dirty dishes every night, despite the fact that he is gluten free and cannot enjoy most of the tasty treats that I make.

In two weeks he is running in the NYC Marathon and is raising money for Hope For New York. Hope for New York is an organization that supports 60 nonprofits in all five boroughs to provide for vulnerable and marginalized communities.

To help him reach his goal of raising $5000, all profits from any rice crispy treats sold between now and the marathon (Nov 6th) will go towards this fundraiser. These sales can be the individual RCT sold at the Clinton Market this coming Sunday or orders placed on the website for a box of 9. Order a box to enjoy while watching football or gathering with friends!
(If you want to order a box and pick-up at the market this Sunday, shoot me a message after you order, and I will bring it with me!)

You can also donate without purchasing if RCTs are not your treat of choice :)

🍁 Happy Autumn Equinox! 🍂
We are so excited for all the pumpkins, apples, spices, and other fall flavors!

We cannot wait to be back at the Clinton Community Market the Sunday! We must have missed everyone, because we are bringing a TON of items, both our fan favorites along with some new fall flavors.
Make sure to stop by Sunday morning to pick up treats you can enjoy all week and let us know if there are any requests you hope we bring with us Sunday morning.

While our sourdough bread does not contain any preservatives, so it is best eaten within a day or two of baking, our loaves freeze incredibly well.
Pre-slice before freezing, then it is so easy to grab a slice or two to toast up anytime you want!

Pictured is our sourdough sandwich bread. These loaves are enriched with a bit of butter for a richer, tighter crumb. The soft texture is perfect for your favorite sandwich and packing in lunchboxes!
