Delicious fudgy brownie dough swirled with a cinnamon dough, rolled in cinnamon sugar 😍

This phase right here… people don’t really see it 🍪

Befote the storefronts, before things looked “put together”… it was long drives, tight spaces, sharing ovens, and figuring things out the hard way 😅 every mistake, every late night, every delivery in traffic… it all added up

It wasn’t glamorous at all… but that’s what built Thin Cookies into what it is today 💛

We had cookies in spots all over the city… and on paper, it looked like we were leveling up fast 🍪🚀

But behind the scenes, something felt off. When you obsess over the details the way we do, even the smallest things start to matter.

So we stopped chasing scale - and started protecting the experience 💛

If I had to start this all over again in 2026… I know it wouldn’t look the same 🤔🚀

Some of the decisions would be different, some risks more calculated… but not everything needs to change.

At the end of the day, if what you’re building is actually good, it speaks for itself 🍪🔥

Started with a home kitchen, a big risk, and zero backup plan… just a dream 🥹

Walking into that mall felt surreal - the same place I grew up, now a chance to build something of my own 🤩

I kept thinking… what if no one stops? What if this doesn’t work? But then people came.. And suddenly, we were SOLD OUT! Strangers were choosing us, supporting us, believing in us 🥹🍪

The next day, we got the email. We won. And just like that… it stopped being a small idea and started feeling real 💫🚀

When people hear how many cookies we make in a day, they picture buttons and machines doing all the work…

The reality? Dough mixed from scratch, toppings prepped by hand, trays and scoops lined carefully one by one 🍪

Every day here is a busy day. Ovens opening and closing, racks moving, boxes stacking, everyone flowing into the next task without pausing 🔥📦

Growth didn’t replace the work - it multiplied the responsibility. And we take that seriously every single day 💛

Somewhere along the way, Thin Cookies stopped feeling like just a bakery 🍪

It became a brand people recognize, connect with, and feel proud to show up with. That little yellow box started carrying more than just cookies 🥹

A brand is a feeling. The consistency, the experience, the memories people attach to it.. That’s what we protect the most.

Making sure ThinCookies always feels like ThinCookies 💛

Started with 24 cookies in a home oven 😎

One tray at a time, watching every bake like it mattered… because it did. 🍪

Now it’s racks, full ovens, and hundreds of cookies baking all at once.
Scaling up didn’t make it easier - it just made the details matter even more 📝

Funny how that little oven still taught us everything we needed ✨

There’s been so many days where the cookies look fine… but something’s just slightly off. The spread. The color. The texture. And if we see it, we stop everything and check 🍪👀

If it’s not right, we don’t sell it. It costs us - but sending out something we’re not proud of would cost more 💛

Most people might never notice the difference... But we would.
