I host beginner sourdough classes and offer weekly pickups of sourdough bread, scones, bagels and cookies! My name is Carrie and I accidentally started baking sourdough for others after some friends asked me to bake for them! I started baking sourdough in 2022 ago and gave it up after a while. I started again in 2023 and I really enjoyed it and experimented more! I started sharing it with others a
nd the next thing I know I am teaching others how to bake sourdough bread. A few short months later, I went and got a cottage license to sell sourdough to my friends and family! I now offer weekly orders of bread, scones, bagels and cookies for porch pickup. I currently am not doing classes, but they will be starting up again in the fall! I am happy to share my starter and knowledge with you if you want, I do not gatekeep making delicious bread that is better than store bought so ask away, I am happy to share what I have learned. I take orders from Thursday to Monday that are available for porch pickups on Thursday.
