What You'll Need at Home

• 1 large egg

Simple Instructions
1. Combine: In a bowl, combine 1 cup of pancake mix, 1 Tbsp melted butter, 1 cup of buttermilk (or milk/vinegar mixture), and 1 egg. Stir gently.
2. Rest: Let the batter rest for 5 minutes while your skillet or griddle heats up over medium-low heat.
