Mondays at the bakery include menu planning, restocking and prepping the space for the next busy week.

Last week we took it a little bit slower, no social media posts no big grand new recipes just back to basics serving our customers with amazing bread.  The last few weeks have been very busy with back-to-back apple dumpling sales and our gluten-free Saturday. I hope you all enjoyed! 

This week, I am looking forward to leaning into a few new things I’ve been wanting to try. I’ll keep them a secret for now until I test a few things but this week I’m inspired. By having a little time to think and dream and plan, I have some ideas that I think you’re going to like. 😉

A quick, important note about our monthly Gluten-Free Saturdays! 🌾✨

First off, thank you so much for the love and excitement around our GF bakes on the last Saturday of every month. We love making safe, delicious treats for you all!

Because gluten-free flours and specialty ingredients are a significant investment and we bake everything fresh in small batcheswe want to share a gentle reminder about how our ordering process works:

🥖 Orders are only confirmed once paid. When you submit an order request, we send over a payment link.

⏰ The 48-Hour Window: Invoices must be paid at least 48 hours prior to pickup day (Thursday by 9am)

❌ Unpaid Orders: If payment hasn't come through by the 48-hour mark, your order will be automatically canceled so we don't purchase ingredients or prep for items that might be left behind.

(Life happens—if you run into an issue with the link or need to make special arrangements, just message us directly before the cutoff!)

It truly breaks our heart to cancel orders or, worse, end up with unclaimed bakes at the end of the day. Having this system in place helps our tiny kitchen run smoothly and ensures everyone gets their fresh treats.
