We open at 8 AM for Donut Thursday tomorrow. Find us at 116 Market St in Hertford, 252-426-1371. Our 1/4 pound plus donuts. Sorry for the metric numbers, it is how we scale ingredients here. Anything that is 112.5 grams is 4 oz or a 1/4 pound. As you can see these really are larger than that.

Good morning from Carolina Moon Bakery. Hertford's Bakery Destination on 116 Market St. Introducing BOGO Cupcake Tuesday.

Our display cakes are filling. We have lots of cupcakes, Cream Puffs, Eclairs, and sliced Coconut Cake. Of course Cookies, Brownies, Scones (Bacon-Cheddar, Blueberry-Lemon, Lemon, and Orange), and Friendship Mini Loave (Blueberry-Pecan and Lemon)

Sourdough will be available Wednesday and Friday.

Don't forget Pizza Wednesday and Donut Thursday.

Happy Memorial Day! As we honor those that gave the ultimate sacrifice for our nation, may the time spent with family be joyous. We will be in the bakery tomorrow, but it will be a soft open. Our cases may not be full at 8, we apologize for the inconvenience, there will be items to purchase and we hope to have them full by Wednesday. For those on the road, safe travels!
