My oldest baby is turning 11 next week! Where has the time gone?!! He decided to sign up to play baseball this year for his first time. So we decided on a simple baseball themed party to celebrate with his friends and family this weekend!

Very rarely do I do piping/decorating on cakes/cupcakes. I like to keep it simple but pretty. So here is to going out of my comfort zone for my baby!

As much as I prefer to stick to cupcakes, I’ll occasionally make a fun cake! When you are asked to make a mud/dirt cake for a truck loving 6 year old, I’m like, phew! At least the icing doesn’t have to be smooth and perfect!
*triple chocolate fudge w/ chocolate butter cream. Crushed Oreos for the dirt “6”. Chocolate lollipops for the trucks*
