I have gotten *SO TIRED* of places CLAIMING to have authentic, Jewish, NJ bagels- you don't. You have white bread with a hole in it. 🤣

These though- these- are magical and 100% homemade by yours truly. I am pretty proud of myself for damn near nailing it my first go.

I haven't worked out ANY sort of pricing for these babies, but yes- I intend to make different flavors and sell. 😉

Been very quiet on the baking front for a bit.

I will, gladly, continue to bake treats for family and friends, but as a public business, I am on pause.

This was (still is...) a plan to tap into my passion for baking while making some profit. Shortly after "opening," I received a promotion from my 9-5 job that eased my grind for the time being. It's been a blessing, but a curse for my cakes. 🤣

I will never, ever stop baking. 💪💗
