Mississippi says absolutely not. 😂🔥

But THE FALL CANDY HAS DROPPED, and around here, that means one thing…

🍂 FALL CHEESECAKES ARE COMING. 🍂

And listen—we don’t just throw a few pieces of candy on top and call it a flavor.

We melt it. Crush it. Fold it in. Bake it in. Make sauces with it. Basically, we figure out how to get everything you love about that candy into the actual cheesecake.

Caramel Apple. Pumpkin Spice. Candy Corn. And alllllll the warm, cozy, ridiculous fall goodness we can dream up.

So yes, you may sweat walking from your car to the door.

Monday has enough hard decisions. Dessert shouldn’t be one of them. 😂

Brownie or cheesecake? Both. Obviously.

Our Oreo Brownie Bottom Cheesecake starts with an entire pan of brownies baked right into the bottom—because apparently a regular crust just wasn’t doing enough. Then comes creamy Oreo cheesecake, a drizzle of chocolate sauce, crushed Oreos, and one very necessary dollop of buttercream on top. 🤤

It’s rich. It’s ridiculous. And it’s exactly the kind of Monday decision we fully support.

We have officially reached the part of August where we are DONE. 😂

Done with sweating on the walk to the car.
Done with the steering wheel trying to burn our fingerprints off.
Done with 97° feeling like a cool front.

We are ready for cardigans. Pumpkins. Crisp mornings. Leaves changing. And walking outside without immediately regretting it. 🍂🎃

Unfortunately, Mississippi has not received the memo.

City Hall Cheesecake has always been about more than cheesecake. It’s about choosing JOY, loving people well, and using what we’ve been given to bless the people who walk through our doors.

Butterfinger people, this one’s for you. 😍

Butterfinger cheesecake batter on a chocolate crust, topped with chocolate sauce and an absolutely unreasonable amount of crushed Butterfinger.

And because we believe extra is almost always the right answer… we added more chocolate sauce. And more Butterfinger. 🤷‍♀️

This cheesecake has absolutely no interest in being subtle. 😂🍓🍌

Banana cheesecake.
An actual layer of strawberry cake baked right in the middle.
Strawberry compote piled on top.
Banana buttercream around the edge.

Basically, banana pudding met strawberry shortcake at a Southern family reunion and somebody said, “Y’all should make a cheesecake.”

And honestly? We’re all better for it. 😂
