✨Hey Everyone!
I know it’s been a long time and I wanted to give an update on why I’ve been MIA longer than expected.
Most of you know that at the end of June we traveled to California and spent two weeks with our friends and family getting married! (Pictures below!)👰🏼♀️🤵🏻
Upon arriving home, I was offered my dream job (yes, aside from doing cookies) and went back to healthcare full time. While I was still fully planning to do cookies on the side as I did when I first started, life decided to throw another curve ball.
The same week we came home from California we found out our 4 year old pup had bone cancer, and were faced with making the decision to have his leg amputated to save his life. Anyone who knows us knows our animals are our babies, so this decision has been an emotional and exhausting one. It’s been about a week now and he seems to be doing better each day; and for that we are so grateful 🐾🥹
With things hopefully settling somewhat back down for us now, my hope is to still do cookies on the side. I plan to take custom orders as I can, and offer holiday options as I always do for Halloween, thanksgiving and Christmas.
Thank you so much for your patience as we navigate all that life has thrown our way for the past few months. And for those of you who have continued to support me from home bakery, to store front; back to home bakery again. Your support means the world to me.❤️
That being said, I know I have lots and lots of messages to catch up on, and I ask for just a little more patience as I get to those as time allows. My free time is a little more sparse these days than I had hoped, but I’ll never give up cookie-ing all together ❤️🍪
Forever with love,
Hannah
