UPDATE**
As we work through our remaining inventory, we are aiming to close within the next week, with our final day planned for June 14 unless we finish inventory sooner. During this time, we will be carrying only kolachi and a limited selection of cookies. Please stop in we would love to see everyone this last week. Unfortunately Mercer location will be closed immediately.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Hermitage Bakery will be closing its doors.
For years this bakery has been more than a business it has been a staple of our community. Hermitage Bakery has had the privilege of serving generations of families, celebrating milestones with you, and being part of your daily lives. While this chapter is coming to an end we remain hopeful about what the future may hold. Our sincere hope is that Hermitage Bakery’s story is not over and simply a pause rather than a final goodbye. Whether through new ownership or through our own efforts in the future, we hope to see the bakery return stronger than ever and continue serving the community that has supported it for so long. We want to thank every customer, employee and friend who has walked through our doors over the years. Your support, loyalty and encouragement have meant more than words can express.
This is not the message we ever wanted to share, but we leave with gratitude for the past and hope for the future. Thank you for making Hermitage Bakery such an important part of this community.
