Carter's CupCakery Gourmet and Gluten Free Specialty Order Dessert Bakery I make cakes, cupcakes, pies, cookies, breads and any other kind of baked goods imagineable.

If you can dream it, I can create it! I am proficient in gluten free baking because I am gluten intolerant. However, my intolerance was found recently, so I have been producing things using regular flour since I was able to pick up a whisk. I come from a line of skilled bakers, and being gluten has posed new challenges but it is nothing I cannot overome to come out with the most delicious baked goods anyone has ever tasted!
