*Notice*

Currently, I am not taking public orders. I recently had a baby and cannot devote the necessary time to cake making that I would need to produce items that I can be proud of. I am very sorry, and I do miss cake making terribly. Hopefully I will be able to start it up again soon (and I will probably occasionally make something for family or close friends), but for now it just isn't something that I am able to do. Thank you so much for understanding!

Here is the cake I made last weekend! Funfetti cake (vanilla with colorful sprinkles baked in) with cream cheese filling and icing, plus fresh strawberries!! Yum!

It's been a busy week!! Red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing and lemon cupcakes with orange flavored cream cheese icing! Followed by a banana split cake for my Father-in-law's Birthday (banana chocolate chip cake, vanilla bean Italian Meringue buttercream, filled with pineapple, homemade strawberry sauce, and chocolate ganache!!), And a Nutella cake (chocolate cake with Nutella baked in, Nutella frosting and filled/decorated with Ferrero Rocher)!!

Here is a Coconut Creme cake I forgot to post (almost a month ago now! 🤯) - coconut cake filled with toasted coconut and sweetened condensed milk, with vanilla/coconut buttercream!!

And a PJ Masks cake plus cupcakes!! Chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream, plus chocolate decorations!! The decorations gave me some issues with this one, but I think I got it sorted out alright! Cupcakes are vanilla cake with more vanilla buttercream and chocolate masks!

Project #2 for this week was a wedding cake!! Guys. This was by far the biggest project I have ever taken on. I was so stressed! Anything and everything went wrong (including but not limited to the largest pan not even fitting in my oven!!), and the cakes DID NOT like the car ride to the venue, but I got it done and I have to say that despite all of the issues I am pretty happy with the end results! This one was a doozy - bottom layer = 20 inch X 4 inch Funfetti cake filled with vanilla buttercream and sprinkles; 2nd layer = 18 inch X 4 coconut cream cake (coconut flavored cake filled with shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk); 3rd layer = 16 inch X 4 inch Mimosa cake (orange and champagne flavored cake filled with champagne soaked orange gummy candies and Cool whip); 4th layer = Snickers latte cake (chocolate, caramel, peanut butter flavored cake filled with a coffee/peanut butter/chocolate/caramel ganache!) All iced with vanilla buttercream and pearl shimmer luster dust (hard to see in pictures, but a little sparkly!) and hand-piped decorations plus gorgeous white roses!

PLUS 1 dozen chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream, 1 dozen red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing, and 1 dozen lemon cupcakes with cream cheese icing!

WHEW! I am beat! If anyone needs me, I'll be taking a nap! 😂😴🛌

Two great projects this week! # 1 was a sloth cake for an awesome little lady! Banana cake with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream! I was told that the head was the first to go! 😂😂

I got to make a train cake for this awesome dude's birthday!! Vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream - complete with Oreo wheels, giant pretzel sticks for "logs", strawberry wafer cookies for "bricks", cake/Oreo crumbs for "dirt", and dried blueberries for "coal"! Happy Birthday, bud!! ♥️🚂

Oh wow! It's been so long since I've posted!! Here is the last month worth of cakes! A toffee-bourbon cake for my Mama's birthday! (And yes, she makes 50 look good!) A Frozen birthday cake for an awesome little girl (vanilla cake with strawberry filling). A cake tasting for a wedding (8 different cakes with 5 different frostings, so much fun!) And a chocolate coffee cake for a 29-again birthday! Chocolate cake with chocolate cream cheese icing, filled with coffee caramel, with 29 chocolate covered coffee beans for decoration!

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!! Here is the pumpkin spice bombe cake! Spice cake layered with pumpkin custard filling and cream cheese frosting! Made to look like a pumpkin!! 😄

Here are the DC Lady Superhero cupcakes I made this weekend for an awesome little girl! Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting decorated for Batgirl and Harley Quinn, and vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting for Supergirl and Poison Ivy!! I am so excited to see a new generation of little girls growing up loving these DC Ladies!!! These were SUPER fun to make! Get it? SUPER? 😂😂😬 Sorry.
