Piping is therapeutic for me. I certainly needed the piping therapy last week as it was a very difficult one for me. I ended up piping 100 of these little cuties and it only took me about an hour.

Sure, a great shot of a cake standing in all its glory is wonderful, but there’s nothing like seeing my wonderful wedding clients cutting into their cake, that birthday boy smearing icing all over his face, or the look on her face when the surprise cake is presented to her. Seeing these pictures brings me so much joy.
