My passion for baking and cooking was sparked by endless hours of watching my Grandmother. I always had the desire to learn cake decorating and finally talked my sister into taking a class with me, which also gave us many hours of wonderful "Sister time". t matter how great it looks, if it doesn't taste great! I enjoy seeing the bright eyes of a child as they see their cake for the first time or the surprise on the face of a wife by a surprise cake her husband for her.
