We're located at 900 Jefferson Rd in the Henrietta Regional Market: 585-254-0706 Opening in June 2009, Donna Marie's Gluten Free Bakery is Rochester, New York's first and only dedicated gluten-free/peanut free, retail/wholesale bakery. We offer only gluten-free baked goods from wedding cakes to breadcrumbs and everything in between. We are also peanut free and many of our products are dairy, soy and other allergens free (see our websites allergen page for details). Our goal is to make products that have a traditional taste and texture, just without the gluten. That's why we say at Donna Marie's, "It's Gluten Free, Not Taste Free!"

Hey everyone. We make so many different products here at Donna Marie's, but from time to time, we get requests for things that we don't make or, aren't set up to make. So, like our pastas, bagels, jams and jellies, and honey, we work to partner with great companies to bring in best in class products for our customers to enjoy. These products compliment our existing Bakery offerings, and our ultimate goal, which is to make our bakery a one-stop shop for all things gluten/allergy free.

With all this in mind, we've partnered up with another great company that makes delicious gluten free products, and have brought in two of their offerings that we hope you'll enjoy. We're excited to now have Katz gluten free Donut Holes and Toaster Pastries available here at our bakery. The donut holes come in three flavors: chocolate glazed, regular glazed, and powdered. The toaster pastries that we currently offer are brown sugar cinnamon. Both of these products meet the same stringent requirements for being gluten free, peanut free and tree nut free, that we have at our bakery. In addition to those allergens, these products are also dairy-free and soy free.

Happy Wednesday everyone. Okay, it's a little rainy and it's not quite as warm as yesterday, but for October, we'll take it.

We're busy as usual with lots of retail and wholesale activity going on, but I wanted to tell you about our October cupcake of the month, which is a donut inspired cupcake. We start with our vanilla and chocolate cupcakes and add an in-house made pastry filling and finish it off with some rich buttercream frosting and a chocolate drizzle. These cupcakes are available throughout the month of October, so get them while they're here.

Also, for today we have our delicious cinnamon rolls, along with apple and cheese danish, as well as our delicious savory swirls.

All of this, plus a huge assortment of cupcakes, cookies, jumbo cookies, breads, rolls, english muffins and lots more. Plenty of cakes, and cookie cakes for last minute celebrations too.

Stop in and see us today. We're open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..

Check out some of our cupcakes, getting packed up and ready to go to our friends at RIT, and the various cafes and food venues that they're available in.

At Donna Marie's, we work with a variety of wholesale customers, but we're always looking for more opportunities to develop relationships with new ones. If you're part of an organization that could benefit from having some of our products available, let us know. We'd love to have a conversation and see what we can offer.

Pie season is fast approaching and we're getting ready to make our delicious GF and GF/DF pies. Apple and pumpkin pies for sure and maybe a few surprise offerings as well. Stay tuned!!

The first thing we need to make are our flaky and tasty pie shells. These shell are made from scratch and pressed out right here at our bakey.

You can buy the shells today and make your own pies at home, or pick up one of our in-house made pies when we start making them (late October).

Keep watch for posts announcing exact availability. And if you need pies for the upcoming holidays, any you're an earlybird planner, it's never too soon to order. Just give us a call when you're ready.

Happy Tuesday everyone. If you're looking for a cake for a last minute celebration, or maybe just to fancy up your dessert for dinner tonight, look no further. We have a variety of cakes available in the bakery including this beautiful dairy and soy free funfetti cake. It's an 8" double layer vanilla cake with dairy and soy free vanilla frosting and rainbow sprinkles on the sides. GF of course!
