This time, it was our rich, creamy, made-from-scratch Tres Leches Cake heading out for a birthday celebration, and we can’t wait for them to enjoy every bite!

From a small setup with a big dream to a booth overflowing with fresh-baked favorites, what a journey it has been. ❤️
Looking back at our market setup from 2024, then 2025, and now today, it’s hard to put into words how grateful we are. Every loaf baked before sunrise, every market morning, every customer who stopped by “just to look” and became part of the Dough Daddy family has helped us get here.

What started as a passion for baking has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined. We’ve learned, we’ve grown, we’ve sold out, we’ve made mistakes, we’ve celebrated wins, and through it all you’ve shown up for us week after week.

This Salted Caramel Cheesecake absolutely did not stand a chance in our house. Rich, creamy, perfectly balanced, and loaded with that sweet-and-salty goodness that keeps you coming back for “just one more bite.”

What you see on market day is just the finished product.

What you don’t see are the hours spent mixing dough, shaping loaves, rolling bagels, scooping cookies, cleaning flour-covered counters, and doing it all over again.
Every loaf, bagel, cookie, and treat starts right here…made by hand, one batch at a time.

It’s messy.
It’s time-consuming.
And honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Why spend $10 on a loaf of sourdough when you can spend $300+ on bannetons, bread lames, Dutch ovens, proofing baskets, specialty flour, and then become emotionally attached to a bubbling jar of flour and water named “Doughlene”? 😂

Trust us… buying the loaf is the cheaper option.

We’ll keep feeding our starter so you don’t have to. ❤️🍞
