I have been baking baklava out of my home for about two years for parties, get togethers, and the like. Finally, after seeing how few places offer reasonable deals on homemade baklava, I decided to “open shop” in my own little kitchen. I offer a variety of size options (detailed below), and am happy to cater to those with dietary restrictions (please note that I cannot make the baklava gluten free
, as filo dough is not considered gluten free). Baklava can be ordered in increments of 5 at a rate of $1.00 per piece. Further, whole trays (about 65 pieces) can be ordered for $60. All orders will be packaged in boxes with ribbon (as seen in pictures). Ingredients for the recipe can be found on the order form.
