My third time helping this little lady celebrate - I just love the themes her Mom comes up with! This design is based on an inspiration photo with a couple little details thrown in. 🎀🎀

Mickey Mouse for Omar turning 1. ♥️🖤

Gotta love spending hours (days!) on a cake only to have to take photos of it on a rainy morning. 🥲 This one turned out super cute though, I had to keep peeking at it in the fridge! 😍

Mario Kart (Yoshi’s Island Track) for Zachary turning 7. 🍄⭐️🏁🌵

Had so much fun putting together these details for the first cake of 2024. And did you know the blue shell doesn’t have wings in Mario Kart 8? 🤯 I never noticed before now, but we live for accuracy. 💅🏻

Availability for February/March is CLOSED unless anyone drops out at this stage. I had enough inquiries from my initial soft announcement in my stories that it didn’t make sense to do an official one. So sorry to anyone that missed it!! I plan to open my schedule for April/May around the first of March. We will keep rolling and learning this way till I get it right. Thanks as always for your support!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

And that’s a wrap on 2023 for cakes - now I’m off to fill dozens of macarons for teacher gifts. The best kind of baking is baking for giving! They always seem to turn out when the pressure is off. 😅

Barnyard friends for Lucas turning 2. 🐴🐷🐮

Taken with my iPhone at 7 in the morning but too cute not to share! This was inspired by an design that we tweaked to include the birthday boy’s favorite animals (those little minimalist ducks! 😍). I think it turned out too cute!

All the pink and princess details for Leilani turning 1. 👑🎀

Last week was my last super busy cake week for the year. 🎉 You may remember this was by choice as I’m working through some health issues that have cropped up over the past 6 months. I hope to be able to announce my availability for 2024 soon (I’m not quitting! 😘) BUT I also don’t intend to spend the holidays in my email, so it’ll likely be January before I can begin accepting orders again. I anticipate things will be fairly limited, 1-2 orders per week, as it’s important to me to be present for my family and myself as well as be able to consistently produce the work that brings me joy.

That said, a million times thank you to those who have supported me this far. I hope you all get to spend some quality time with those who fill your cup this week. 💗💗
