This evening, me and my little home bakery will be gracing the 5 o'clock news on WLOS. I will chat about owning a small home bakery business while raising 2 young children, the lovely parts and the hard parts. Everette and Billy will make their appearance as well. 🥹😊🩷 I will make chocolate chip cookies and decorate a small baby boy celebration cake. A fun collection of "is it cake?" Items for an amazing birthday girl, who also cannot have red dye 40. It was a fun challenge, I cannot wait to do more! If you have an item or two you want me to try to make into cake, let me know! I of course didn't take great pictures like I always mean to! All items are chocolate cake with vanilla, chocolate or strawberry buttercream. I used a lot of ground freeze dried strawberries in these items for coloring frosting and fondant.

I am so sorry to have to announce that I won't be able to attend the Mills River Farm Market on Saturday 11/22. I have been battling a cold for nearly 2 weeks now and it has developed into something worse and extra yucky. I am so sorry. I was truly looking forward to seeing all of my fellow MRFM vendors and customers, I have missed seeing you all.

Saturday, November 22 will be the Mills River Farm Market 🎄 Holiday Market 🎁 I will be there with many other amazing vendors, selling delicious fresh baked goods, as well as shelf stable edible gift items. Im excited to announce I will also be selling some beautiful handcrafted non-edible items, which will be perfect for gifting or sharing with loved ones. I look forward to seeing you all there! Hello friends! I just wanted to let you know I more than likely will not be at the Mills River Farm Market in a few hours (Saturday morning). My son Billy is having a tough bout with a respiratory issue and I cannot bring myself to finish baking and leave him. We are monitoring his breathing and seeing what our next step is, for now we sit together and try to just breathe. "Happy back to school everyone!" 😅🫠

Oh yeah, I had already baked a variety of item for the market and they will be available today for delivery!

- Rainbow carrot muffins, topped with roasted pepiras.
- Chocolate chip cookies topped with flaky moldon sea salt.
- Mini vegan lemon blueberry Loafs
- Spiced pumpkin muffins with dark chocolate chips. (The muffin itself is vegan, dark chocolate chips are not.

If any of these items sound like something you are interested in, send me a message and I will get them to you!

I am sorry again for any inconvenience this may cause any market goers who come to see me weekly. We will see you next Saturday, if not before then!
