I had to awesome opportunity to make this lovely floral naked cake for a wedding this week. Top tier is almond cake, middle tier is white chocolate raspberry, and the bottom tier is strawberry. All with vanilla buttercream. The venue was beautiful and allowed me to gather leaves and flowers from the property. Added a little bit of glam with some edible gold leaf. I love how this turned out!

Making people happy with cake makes my heart so happy! And I love getting the opportunity to recreate past cakes that I've made. This is a twist on a cake I did a while ago. It's a fully vegan lemon cake layered with fresh vegan lemon curd and now, fresh strawberries and vegan lemon buttercream. It's a tasty take on my favorite summer drink, strawberry lemonade. 🍓 🍋
