My friend, Milli’s dad is celebrating his 80th birthday this weekend. She ordered cookies for her dad who loves woodworking and biking.. oh, and beer! I wanted to make cookies fit for a man of his caliber. Milli, I hope your dad and family enjoy these cookies! Make sure they eat them and don’t save them as a souvenir..😉☺️🙃

How I used to feel when I didn’t feel comfortable saying NO to orders. I would work myself to the ground thinking my customers wouldn’t come back if I said no to an order. But I have learned, through the struggles of sleepless nights and stress, that it’s okay to say no and give myself time to rest. I appreciate everyone who has ever ordered or recommended me!! So my coworkers were talking about food one day… I mean we talk about food EVERYDAY but this day, Oatmeal Pie was brought up. I paused the conversation and had to get more insight about said oatmeal pie. So of course, here I am making Oatmeal Pie… because no one else that day has ever heard of oatmeal pie. It’s comparable to Pecan Pie but with oats. Expanding the menu!!
