Gosh, I can't help but wonder if the violation issued by Erika Griffith yesterday has anything to do with the City finally releasing my public records request I made back in August 11 2025, regarding her on the very same day.

You really can't make this stuff up.

I'm heading to a computer now to review the records. This should be interesting. So far an email from Aug 11 2025 code enforcement, planning, and city staff validated the “Antique Store” at 225 E Florida Ave (Strawberry Bicycle Shop)has been illegally operating with no certificate of occupancy or even a REQUIRED back flow device. The city wants us to pay thousands for our back flow upgrades and REQUIRED yearly inspections, yet have allowed this business to operate with no accountability. It was brought to the attention of the city and validated the same day 10 months ago. Why has it been able to operate?

Also more emails validate the illegal gas line behind Krupa’s Kastle (118-126 N Harvard) was illegally installed and violated multiple municipal codes. So once again I was right all along and Simon’s questionable contractor Tim Baker is once again proven wrong.
