I had a fabulous birthday cake idea planned for myself, but then went on a spontaneous vacation with my husband and girls! So instead, to celebrate, I made birthday pavlova with my youngest daughter, Clara. In retrospect, I should have made one large pavlova, but it was fun cutting from each one to taste the different combinations. 💕
