THIS FOOD IS MADE IN A HOME KITCHEN THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT REGULATIONS OR INSPECTIONS. While all of my ingredients are gluten-free, there are other gluten-containing foods prepared in my home, and I cannot guarantee that no level of trace contamination may occur.

I’ve been thinking about making these for a while!

Introducing: GLUTEN-FREE Orange Walnut Scones 😍

These scones are soft and chewy with flavors of orange, maple, and walnut. Coated with a zesty orange maple glaze, these are sweet enough to be the perfect pick-me-up with your afternoon cup of coffee.

THE pan

This is the style of pan I’ve been using since it was gifted to me by my grandmother. It’s better than any other pan I’ve ever used, and the bread comes out much better when I use it! I think of Grandma Rose every time I use it.

When I started baking it became clear right away that I needed another pan or two to keep up. I looked around and found that they no longer produce this model. After some searching, I found one on eBay listed under “vintage loaf pan” 😂

She’s an oldie but a goodie. Can’t beat the real deal. So, now I have two of these gorgeous ladies who are eager to get into the oven this week.

Bozeman friends, my bread mule will be taking a trip to Bozeman this Friday the 12th! If you’ve had your eye on some gluten-free goodies, now is your chance to order! Both bread and chocolate chip cookies will be available for pick up that day in Bozeman. Message ahead to order!

The research and development team has been hard at work perfecting our newest recipe, and we are pleased to announce that in addition to bread, Kate’s Bakes will now be offering ooey-gooey chocolate chip cookies! As always, they are GLUTEN-FREE!
