One year later, same fair. Back at Emmaus Fair as a business that’s now one year old. 🩷 Swipe to see where it all started.

Coconut Sticky Rice, Ube Swirl, and Caramelized Banana made the trip this year. Asian-inspired flavors, made right here in the Lehigh Valley. Love them? Shop online at munimunibakery.com 🍡

Familiar faces and new ones too! Thank you to everyone who stopped by, tried something new, and took a bag home. And yes, Spider-Man came through. 🕷️🩷

Where it all started: my very first fair, Emmaus 2025. Nervous, hopeful, and surrounded by pumpkins. One year later, I’m so grateful to be back. 🍂

New flavor drop 🍌🥥💜 Three macarons, three Filipino desserts we grew up loving — swipe through ➡️

🥥 Coconut Sticky Rice — inspired by suman. Coconut with a banana leaf sticky rice center, the way it should be.

🍌Caramelized Banana — our take on turon. That deep, caramelized-sugar crunch with banana

💜 Ube Swirl — ube and langka in one macaron, because why choose just one.

Thought put into every bite — as always.
Catch us launching this collection September 19 at the Emmaus Fair, or order online (link in bio) 🌴

We just got back from the Philippines and came home with a new flavor obsession 🥥

We watched coconuts get husked by hand (buffalo cameo included, no notes), and it sparked something—we’re officially developing a coconut macaron for Muni Muni. And a second flavor, inspired by a classic Filipino dessert, is in the works too.

Guess the dessert in the comments 👇 get it right and we’ll give you a shoutout when the flavor drops. Save this post so you don’t miss the taste test.

Thought put into every bite, always. 🍡

Sweet treats for a meaningful cause. 🇵🇭✨

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and supported my macarons at the Philippine Independence Day Fair! Every purchase helped make a difference, with 10% of my sales donated to Ziggy Cancio .

This celebration was even more special because my boyfriend and I had the honor of participating in the Santacruzan, celebrating our culture, faith, and community together. ❤️

Grateful for a day filled with tradition, smiles, and so much love. Maraming salamat to everyone who supported my small business and this beautiful cause! 💙❤️💛
