I know I haven't been posting much since I'm taking the rest of the year off to improve my self and my business. So one of my improvements is taking cookie classes. I recently took one for Halloween and loved it. It was challenging since I don't really do cookies but I'm trying to get more involved. I was so excited to make this birthday mermaid cake for a very sweet girl. I mean who doesn't like mermaids?🧜‍♀️ It was so nice to put a creative spin on this by adding rice paper sails as part of the topper and adding a bit if gold to make it pop. I love this cake and hope she loves it just as much.

Made this cute Easter cake for a dear friend. Since having some health ailments she needed a custom cake that she could enjoy for Easter. So this lovely cake is made with almond and coconut flour, sugar free sugar and non dairy milk and butter. It actually was nice to do something out of the norm to help people still enjoy a sweet treat without feeling restricted. ❤️❤️❤️
