Yesterday I posted we will be open on Saturdays from 3p.m. to 7 p.m. we will have tamales but our limited that we have on hand to sell. you can place orders online for Saturday on Friday for pick up. you can let me know on facebook. We are here to serve you. Here are the following flavors of tamales that we have:
1. Chicken non spicy
2. Chicken spicy
3. Pork non spicy
4. Pork spicy
5. Beef (Angus) non spicy
6. Jalapeno and cheddar cheese
7.Spinach and cheddar cheese
8. Mixed vegetables
9. bean and Mexican cheese
All tamale masa is made with vegetable shortening.
We sell our tamales for $4.50 ea. everything is made from scratch and by hand.

we have been selling our breads and pastries between 3p.m. and 7p.m every Saturday. Also, we are selling fresh handmade tamales. We have been very busy it is only our third week selling in front of bakery. We have been in our bakery for 22 years. we are located at 2479 industrial Parkway west. We have made delicious triple chocolate bundt cakes , Lemon bundt cakes with lemon filling and Lemon poppy seed. Will be at college of San Mateo farmers market from 9 A.M. to 1P.M Morgan Hill farmers market 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. and also Bayfair San Leandro 9 A.M to 1 P.M. come early because they will go quick. Put the coffee on the bundt cakes are coming!

We are in San Leandro ca farmers market on this sunshine day. We are here fresh bread and pastries waiting to serve you. We are here from 8 a.m. to 1p.m
We are also at college of San Mateo ca. Farmers Market with fresh bread and steamed tamales. 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

I just want to let everyone know the status of our business. A few weeks ago as I stated in our last posting, we had an employee test positive for Covid 19. Within 2 hours of notice I shut our facility down. I ask all the employees to get tested in order to resume working. Within 24 hours all staff had been tested. Everyone came back negative. I had everyone self quarantine for 14 days. We are going to be almost 21 days as of next week. I had phone calls emails, and Facebook with overwhelming support for us to stay strong and they are keeping us in there prayers. With all the problems that are going in the world we have been blessed with all the support from all our customers ,family and friends.

We recently learned that one of our bakery employees tested positive for Covid -19. Out of abundance of caution we are closing the bakery for the next two weeks while our employee recovers. We have had all staff and employees tested for Covid 19. We will be closed for the next two weeks. We are deep cleaning the bakery. We are following all regulations from County and CDC guidelines. It has been always, our policy to ensure always the safety of our customers, employee staff, And market Assns. that we do business with. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Alonso Foods was started in 1995. Our bakery is a family bakery. All our products are all handmade daily. We also make and cater Mexican food from scratch.
