After careful consideration, I'm deeply saddened to announce the closure of my business. This decision has not been made lightly, but due to circumstances beyond our control.
For personal family reasons, unforeseen challenges and the inability to secure a suitable commissary kitchen (they went out of business) to pass inspection we are unable to continue operating.

I’m obviously mad because we are literally talking about 1 ingredient and the final product that requires refrigeration at 40° or below. Both of my refrigerators at home are set to 38° with additional temperature control monitors but the state of Idaho does not trust me to do that, unfortunately.
While this chapter is coming to a close, please know that your support has meant the world to us and your patronage has been a driving force and

I am truly thankful for the relationships we've built. Thank you for being a part of our journey.
At this time, I will only be able to make cheesecakes for friends and family.
