We’re going to start off by introducing one of the most popular sweets in Brazil: Sonho!

Sonho (it translates to “Dream” in English) is originated in Portugal and it is very similar to the traditional pastry, Berliner.

This pastry consists of a fermented fried brioche, stuffed with condensed milk or guava filling, and sprinkled with sugar. (Guava, Dulce de Leche & Chocolate fillings).
