I was asked a question about our hours and address and thought I would post my response for those who had questions also:
This is focaccia and we usually make 2-3 flavors per week: Sun-dried tomato pesto and cheddar-jalapeno are the most popular. We have some items every week (Artisan Breads, cinnamon rolls, etc.), and some other breads, brownies, cookies, etc., that vary from week to week. We prepare our doughs Tuesday-Wednesday through Saturday and bake on Friday and Saturday. We are only open for picking up/purchasing our baked goods on Saturdays from 9 to 3. Our bread prices usually range from $10-$14.
We are currently setting up our page (Breaking Bread in Hawkins, TX), to begin taking pre-orders through Square so we can have a better idea of what to bake each week. There are only 2 of us (my husband works with me a couple of days a week), so we can't do large volumes of anything at this time. Currently we bake about 120 cinnamon rolls, 30-40 varied loaves of bread, some Quickbreads and cookies, as well as our very popular brownies. We also have a small selection of gift items.
