- PASTA MAKING WORKSHOPS ARE THIS SATURDAY (10/17): We are hosting pasta classes at the shop this Saturday (10/17)! We are holding a Kid + Me Egg Dough Pasta Class from 2-3:15p, and then an Adult Semolina Pasta Class from 5-7p.

- SHOP HOURS: The cafe is open Friday & Saturday 11a-5p. We will be holding a monster PASTA SALE this week -- pounds of fresh pasta for $12, 2 pounds for $23! - FARMERS MARKETS: The rain has really been killing our vibe this season. As of now, the weekend forecast is looking pretty beautiful! We are only at markets on Sunday this week! Catch us at the Beacon Farmers Market (https://beaconfarmersmarket.org/) from 10a-2p and at the Muscoot Farmers Market (https://www.muscootfarm.org/markets/farmers-market-information.html) in Katonah, NY from 9:30a-2:30p.

- NOV 7th: Join us on Sat, Nov 7, 3:30-5p for a fun Resin Workshop with Creative Escape by Baily at the shop. - NOV 18th: Knit x Crochet x Stitch Nite is Weds Nov 18th from 6-8p at Flours. Bring projects you're in the middle of or come with some yarn and needles and make something new. - Fundraising Guide: we launched a new initiative recently. Are you someone looking for a fresh, easy way to raise money for your school or organization? We’d love to help! We're offering a fresh pasta fundraiser for local schools, organizations, and churches. It’s simple to run, gives families something they’ll actually use, and can help your organization raise meaningful funds. Below is our flyer with more information. - Set Up a Private Cooking Class: Email us to set up a private class, all you need is 5 people or more! Please note, we scale back our cooking class calendar drastically from May to December due to farmers markets and the holiday season. Regularly scheduled pasta classes resume Winter 2027.
