What began in 2007 as owner Ernie Cioto's small baking business Extreme Products, Inc., quickly experienced tremendous growth. Ernie took an old family recipe and modified it in order to develop a product best suited for today’s consumer. He teamed up with Jack Streeter, a successful three decade veteran of the baking industry, and together they formed Gianna’s Go

urmet, Inc. Retail & Wholesale Gourmet Bakery in 2010. Working on a new creation the mini sandwich cookie they contacted Hershey’s ® and developed a few variations of cookies using Hershey’s ® products. All of the new cookies made with Hershey’s ® products have been approved by Hershey’s ® knowing you will get a delicious product. The teaming together of Ernie’s and Jack’s recipes, business savvy and combined forty years in the baking industry serves to make Gianna’s Gourmet, Inc.
