This is my sweet 6 year old son's business venture, since he LOVES to help me bake! �

Every season when we make desserts, we pick a way to give back at least 10% to those in need -- this time, we are making "blessing bags" to keep in our trunk and have ready to hand out to the homeless. Things like hand warmers, socks/gloves/beanies, bottled water/crackers/jerky, first aid kit/tissues/deodorant, etc, and of course a note from Clark saying Jesus loves you ❤️
Since we are not doing Christmas orders this season (we're doing a baked goods auction at church instead which goes towards Lottie Moon missionary offering), we wanted to do a Christmas dessert raffle to help raise a little bit more for Clark's blessing bag shopping trip this week 🙏

GRAND PRIZE -- a dozen mini cheesecakes of your choosing: white chocolate peppermint with oreo crust, eggnog with ginger& graham cracker crust, or good old fashioned pumpkin! 😋

FIRST PLACE-- a dozen cookies of your choosing: oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, or avalanche (a delightful "cold cookie" made with peanut butter, white chocolate, rice Krispy cereal, mini marshmallows and chocolate chips)

SECOND PLACE-- quart sized bag of reindeer chow (our famous trail mix that's coated in white chocolate!) OR a pan of peanut butter chocolate fudge shaped like a gingerbread man 😁👌

For every $1 you donate you get 2 entries, every $3 you donate, you'll get 5 entries-- we will draw a winner on Thursday, 12/18, and will meet up with you to give you your dessert before Christmas!! 😁

Quincy from 4:30-5 at the Courthouse square,
OR Havana between 5:30 and 6:30 at Harveys

The chef and I have been busy with some custom orders these past few weeks, did you know you can order from us for your party or event? We specialize in pies, but we also make cobblers, cookies, homemade white chocolate covered trail mix, brownies, and more! Pictured below, peach cobbler, coconut cream pie, chocolate chip cookies, and oatmeal raisin cookies 😋

We absolutely love this time of year, since the holidays give us a good excuse to bake even more than usual! 😁🥧
As always, all desserts are completely homemade, and we always donate a portion of the proceeds to a local non profit or a good cause in the community-- this year, we'll be putting together Blessing Bags for the homeless 🙏❤️
Deadline to order is 11/10, and pickup dates will be 11/25 and 26 in Quincy, Havana and Tallahassee-- we will designate pickup spots closer to date. Thanks in advance everyone 😁

Chef Clark and I were up early this morning baking our caramel apple pie for a fundraiser, it is worth every step of the 2 hours it takes to make it! Far and above anything you'll ever get from a store, and according to my kids and husband, better than what we have had in restaurants. Caramel apple pie is different from a traditional apple pie, and I'm telling ya, you'll never go back once you've tried it! 😋😋😋

Y'all know we gotta make up some pretty desserts for the Easter table! 😁
This year we're doing a new cake flavor, Hummingbird cake, since Chef Clark has discovered how much he likes it 😆 delicious spice cake with pineapple, pecans, and banana--otherwise known as delicious!! We're also doing loaves of chocolate chip banana bread (you can get plain too if you prefer), perfect for a sunrise breakfast or afternoon snack! Order deadline is 4/11, just leave us a comment or a message and we will get you on the list 🥰💒🐰🐣

WE HAVE A WINNER!! We asked y'all to guess how many pecans in the bucket-- there were 127, and the closest without going over was Mrs. Angie Olson Mixon with a guess of 125! 😁👏

Now for the even BETTER news, here's our official Thanksgiving menu!!!! 🙌🦃
We are so excited to have not one, but TWO new items on the menu-- candied pecans, and butterbeer cheesecake! If you've never had butter beer, it is essentially vanilla+butterscotch, a delicious combo 😋
Orders are due by the 17th so we have ample time to get our supplies in-- delivery days will be the 26th and 27th-- feel free to PM me if you have a specific date you would like something.
As always, we will list a local meeting place in Havana, Tallahassee, and Quincy, and we can meet in Chattahoochee if anyone who would like to order that direction.

Chef Clark is so excited to get back to baking, please help us out by sharing our menu! As always, THANK YOU SO MUCH for supporting local entrepreneurs! 😁👨‍🍳

Fall is finally upon us, which means our favorite seasonal flavors are finally socially acceptable! 😂 We're thinking of trying a new mini cheesecake flavor this year, one of mine and Chef Clark's favorite desserts, butterbeer! It's essentially just butterscotch and vanilla ;) and it's scrumptious! Raise your hand if you'd go for a box of mini butterbeer cheesecakes?! 🙋
