Father's day is getting closer. An Almondine cake is sure to make him smile.

Almondine - Three layers of white sponge cake soaked in Amaretto and layered with fresh whipped bavarian cream all iced with a French buttercream and topped with thinly sliced fresh fruit.

Strawberry Bavarian - layers of white cake, strawberry coulis, lite fluffy Bavarian cream and fresh strawberries, iced with French buttercream and decorated with fanned fresh strawberries.

Chocolate Mousse Cake - layers of dark Ghirardelli chocolate cake, an amaretto soak, chocolate mousse, and finished with a chocolate French buttercream

Italian Cream- layers of white sponge cake soaked in
Amaretto and with a southern pecan and coconut icing
and fresh whipped bavarian cream all iced with a cream
cheese French buttercream

Coconut Leche Cake - layers of white sponge cake soaked with coconut cream and rum, fresh chantilly cream and coconut then finished with a coconut french buttercream and decorated with coconut flakes

Strawberry Bavarian - layers of white cake, strawberry coulis, light fluffy Bavarian cream and fresh strawberries. Iced with French buttercream and decorated with fanned fresh strawberries.

Almondine - layers of white sponge cake soaked in Amaretto and layered with fresh whipped Bavarian cream and fresh fruit. Iced with French buttercream and topped with thinly sliced fresh fruit.
