Baking Artisan Tiers MENU:

* Butter Cake ( My puertorican recipe cake.

It's soft, spongy and very moist, made from scratch using cake flour and NOT cake mixes) Infused with a simple syrup of brady & sugar and filled with a creamy vanilla or almond buttercream.

*Traditional White Wedding Cake ( Almond flavor) Iced in a delicious Almond buttercream.

*Pink Ch*****ne (Bubbly ch*****ne and a little pink die to twist our traditional white wedding cake.

*Strawberries'N Cream (Soft and moist Strawberry cake with fresh strawberries and vanilla cream or creamcheese bc filling)

*Funfetti (Sprinkle white or butter cake with a funfetti sprinkle filling.)

*Red Velvet ( Red velvet cake and a delicious cream cheese filling.)

*Cookies'N Cream ( Chocolate cake with a creamy cookie filling)

*Traditional Grooms Cake ( Chocolate cake with a delicious chocolate buttercream and dark chocolate ganache filling)

*Peanut Butter Cup (Chocolate cake with peanut butter cream filling, peanut butter cups and a drizzle of chocolate ganache)

* Berri Chantilly Cake ( White almond cake with a mascarpone cream filling and fresh berries) (It can be substituted by yellow butter cake/vanilla flavor and same filling)

*Turtle Cake ( Chocolate cake with a caramel, candied pecans and chocolate buttercream filling)

Lemon Pucker ( Lemon cake with lemon curd filling and lemon buttercream) (it can be substituted by white cake, same filling)

Special celebration cake for a 2nd Birthday!! I can imagine what a wonderful bedtime moment with grandkids this could be when every night there is a wonderful storybook to read and enjoy together before this child is tucked in for the night. Love for books and reading is such a good thing. Yall cal guess the theme !!! It’s BOOKS!! Chapter 2!! This was such a fun cake to make. The stacked books are RKT. The cake is our signature vanilla-almond iced in our smooth buttercream and adorned with personalized fondant “book spines”and flower. Making memories one book at a time!!

Small wedding anniversary cake for Britney & Jonathan.
Can you guess the flavor? If you guessed carrot cake, you’re correct, I wonder what gave it away? This cake was inspired from a doodle made by her, when she draw her self and Jonathan as funny carrots. And I brought it to life in buttercream. They were delighted!!!

A Little Castle Fit for a Princess! ✨🏰

This sweet castle cake was created to celebrate a very special little princess turning 5!

The cake is my signature Vanilla-Almond Cake, filled and finished with silky buttercream icing. Every little detail was thoughtfully handcrafted to create a delicate, whimsical castle.

The castle details are made from fondant, with buttercream roses, little fondant flowers, and buttercream vines, leaves, and tiny fillers winding throughout the design. The towers were created using ice cream cones covered in fondant, transforming them into charming little castle turrets.

From the tiniest flowers to the intricate details throughout, each element was carefully made to bring this little princess’s castle to life.

A sweet little piece of edible art for a very special 5th birthday celebration!

It is a beautiful feast celebrating Mary’s birth and the beginning of the life of the woman who would become the Mother of Jesus.
