Today is a very special Friday! We are celebrating our manager SHAIN today. Shain isn’t just a manager. He’s the HEARTBEAT of our bakery. His constant commitment to improving, leading, and creating is something we are so proud of. He isn’t just a fantastic baker, but a STANDOUT human.

Shain makes 90% of all the dough produced here at Crooked Letter. He also has added some AMAZING recipes to our always growing list and is constantly coming up with new, fun ways to improve our bakery.
