🎓 TEACHING TUESDAY: New House, New Shed Setup!

​For today's Teaching Tuesday, let's talk about the future of the Self-Serve Bread Shed! 🚪✨

​Now that we are officially moved into our new home, the shed has a brand new resting spot. We know a lot of you voted on the interior design poll a couple of weeks ago... and the winning secret design is officially being brought to life behind the scenes!

​We are working hard to establish set days and hours for the new location so that grabbing your walk-up treats fits perfectly into your weekly routine.

​We aren't quite ready to reveal the full schedule yet, but look out for a potential surprise walk-up day very, very soon! 😉🕒

📦 WE ARE ALIVE! (And surrounded by a mountain of cardboard 🤪)

​Cozy Loaf fam, we didn't get swallowed whole by moving boxes, we promise! We have been totally MIA this past week because unpacking a house, three kids, and a microbakery setup takes a village—and a lot of coffee.

​We decided to take one extra week to get our feet under us so that when we open back up, we are running at 100%. Thank you for your patience with us!

​The good news? We are officially BACK IN ACTION this coming Thursday at the Farmers Market! 🌾 Details on our menu are coming soon, but get ready—we have missed you all so much!

​Happy Independence Day! We hope your day is filled with great food, family, and plenty of celebration. ☀️🍔🎆

​If you need us tonight, we will be the ones celebrating the 4th surrounded by a literal mountain of moving boxes! 📦🤪

​That’s right—WE OFFICIALLY CLOSED ON OUR NEW HOUSE ON FRIDAY! 🏡🔑 We are officially moved in, and while the house is currently absolute chaos, our hearts are so incredibly full. We are taking a little break from unpacking tonight to enjoy the holiday before we get back to organizing the new bakery setup! 🌾🥖

🚨 WE HAVE HUGE NEWS (And a brand-new pickup location next week!) 🏡🔑🥖 🚨

​Cozy Loaf fam, we have been keeping a giant secret, and we are finally ready to share it! After a crazy rollercoaster ride of house hunting, packing, and a stressful mid-June closing that fell through at the last minute—we got the official call tonight...

​✨ WE ARE CLOSING ON OUR NEW HOUSE THIS FRIDAY! ✨

​Derek, the kids, and I could not be more excited to finally get the keys to our forever home! 🥰🗝️

​📦 What this means for the bakery this week:

​Because we are literally moving our entire lives, our family, and all of our baking equipment over the weekend, The Cozy Loaf Bakery is taking a complete break this week. There will be no regular bakes or shed restocks while we handle the heavy lifting! 🧼🚚

​📍 IMPORTANT: New Bread Shed Location Next Week!

​This move means that EVERYTHING—including our brand-new outdoor Bread Shed—is moving to the new house! 🚪🌾

​Starting next week, all order pickups and walk-ups will be at our new location. We will be officially back up and running just in time for the Farmers Market on Thursday, July 9th! 🗓️✨

​We will post our official new address and directions early next week so you know exactly where to find us. Thank you all so much for your patience, your sweet messages, and for cheering us on through this crazy transition. We can't wait to welcome you to our new porch next week! ❤️

🎓 TEACHING TUESDAY: How does the Self-Serve Bread Shed work? 🥖🚪🤔

​We have loved seeing so many new faces over the weekend, but we know a "self-serve bread shed" is a brand-new concept for a lot of you! We’ve gotten a few questions about how it all works, so let’s break down how easy it is to grab your favorite treats:

​1. Do I have to pre-order online?

​Nope! While you can use our Hotplate link to pre-purchase and lock in a specific item so no one else grabs it, you don't have to. You are always welcome to just walk right up to the shed during open hours, look inside to see what's available, and choose on the spot! 🚶‍♀️🚗

​2. How do I pay if I just walk up?

​We operate on an Honesty Box system. Inside the shed, you'll find a secure box for payments. We make it super flexible for you:

​Cash: Just drop your exact change right into the Honesty Box slot. 💵

​Venmo: We have a QR code clearly displayed right inside the shed. Just scan it with your phone, type in your total, and you're good to go! 📱

​3. Where do I find the inventory and prices?

​Everything inside the shed is clearly marked with individual price tags so you know exactly what each item costs. We also post real-time inventory updates right here on our social media pages when the shed opens so you can see what’s available before you head over! 🥮🧁

​4. Can I come by anytime?

​We will always post our specific "Shed Hours" for each drop (like our late-night hours this past Sunday!). As long as the open sign is out and it's within those hours, the shed is unlocked and ready for you. ⏰
