Happy Tuesday! Well, it would be if our sourdough starter wasn’t upset. I really can’t blame her, that tease with warmth then BOOM snow! If you know anything about sourdough, it all depends on if your starter is active and happy… and our girl is NOT 🫣 so we have been trying to bring her back to life and hoping to take orders next week. I’ll post a picture of what lame bread she made today 😂

As the rain nourishes the ground and creates new life, we are also working on creating new menu items! This month will be for testing, taking in recommendations for you all and experimenting with simple ingredients.
