Looking for some help spreading this around. I know I asked everyone in the past for some help with the police pens so now I'm looking for some help for another good cause. Please look at my most recent post below about the little girl who sadly passed away recently. Only a year and a half old. My wife started this to help her family with funeral expenses. The world is still full if good people. Please pass this along to everyone you know and if you are able to, please chip in. Every little bit helps.

Our friend, Beki Nugent, lost her grandbaby, Addilyn Grace on Saturday, April 1. Addy was only 16 months old and was the light of Beki's life. Addy was playing outside when she stepped in a fire ant pile and was stung. She had a severe allergic reaction to the bites and passed away in the ambulan...

The latest work. Same exact theme as the previous Faith,Hope,Love pen but rather than a twist mechanism, this one is in a capped roller ball. I can also do the same pen in a fountain pen.

I have finished getting with my suppliers and have received great support. Because of this support I will be able to offer these pens at a very discounted price. Since I will not be keeping any profits from the sales of these pens I am not going to set a sale price, but instead I am setting a minimum donation. A pen such as this would normally sell for around $70 plus shipping costs but due to the cooperation of a lot of good companies, I'm happy to say that these will sell for $45 shipping included. Each sale will ensure a donation of a little over $23 to families of fallen officers. As I said, I am setting a minimum donation but if anyone wants to give more it will all be donated. As far as the pen itself, I am offering two choices only for these custom pens. I will offer them in the pictured black with blue stripe or the same pen with a black band wrapped around it and cast into the pen. The finish will be chrome. I do apologize for the pictures that show a gold pen. I was out of chrome when I made it, but the style will be identical. I expect to begin casting the pen blanks starting tomorrow. My supplier for molds has already said he would assist the cause with additional molds if the need arises. My usual build time from the initial order until final shipping is approx two weeks. I have no idea how many people will want these pens so I hope to be able to maintain this schedule but I won't know until orders are placed. The police pen project is getting closer. This is the sample blank that I took out of my pressure chamber tonight. It came out a lot better than the original. I should have the new lid for my vacuum chamber in a day or two and then I think it will be complete. Pressure casting took nearly all bubbles out of the resin. One small one is visible at the edge of the blue stripe. Once the vacuum chamber is up and running, I am expecting no visible bubbles at all. The cat blank was just for fun. I had 2 available molds and only one blue stripe blank so I figured I'd just play around a little.

This is some new hardware I'm trying out. All of the harware on this pen is all CNC machined stainless steel. I just wanted to assemble this one to see how it turned out, but I think I'll opt for some custom engraving on the cap and center band on the next one I build. This seems like it is a very high quality pen. I chose natural buckeye burl wood for this one.

Ok everyone, I'm looking for some input here. Police officers risk their lives every day for the public's safety and they are currently under attack. I have recently had a few people tell me that I should consider making some thin blue line pens and I had been gearing up for it. There is a lot of specialized equipment needed to cast the resin pen blanks and the pictures are of the very first one I just completed. This is not what the final product will look like. This was done before I had my vacuum and pressure chambers working so the next batch will even have more deep shine. Just this morning I was getting the last materials needed to complete the vacuum chamber, when I heard the news about the police officers that were shot in Baton Rouge and felt like I needed to do something. Please look at these photos and pass them along to your friends. I would like to know if this would interest people enough to purchase one and show their support for law enforcement. If people show interest in this I will also do my part. I have to do my homework and find out what organization would be best served, but I will donate a percentage of the profit from each sale. I am not a huge corporation by any stretch so we aren't talking millions here, but this would be a gesture to law enforcement and let them know they have our support. I ask again, please send this to as many people as possible. The more it gets out there, the better of a chance this has to work out and do some good for those that protect us all.

A little bit of a late night finishing this order but I got it done. A matched set of three Marine Corps bullet pens finished in antique pewter. I'm a fan of using exotic woods but these metallic blanks look pretty awesome.
