The cookie shop will be opening at 1:00 today. F.E.Burleson has their color run today so I gotta go support and cheer my 2nd grader to get a colorful as possible!

Oh Darling Beginings
Oh Darling began as a small passion for sugar cookies that eventually grew into something that could no longer be contained. Our very first batch of decorated sugar cookies were for Easter service one year, 600 cookies (did we mention it was our first EVER sugar cookies!?)! The next Easter we learned that small cookies were NOT the way to go, so we did 150 larger cookies (our hands were extremely grateful!) The trend was that we did one batch of cookies a year for Easter. It didn’t take long after someone asked for cookies outside of Easter for us to get the itch to bake more than once per year. Since the oven turned on for that one request, it’s yet to really turn off! We just really went back to our roots of, “if we’re gonna commit to cookies, we’re gonna do it!” (remember that 600 count cookie first order...I’d say we’re professional committers!) and we haven’t really looked back! It’s a true honor to get to do something that you find joy in and then to top it off people love it! It truly doesn’t get much better than this...I mean, you could put royal icing on anything and make it better but maybe we’re just a little biased :D - Oh Darling Sugar Cookie Co.
