Welcome to The Silly Goose Sourdough

Based out of 📍Hartley, IA 📍on our little funny farm.

I started my sourdough journey over a year ago, and have thought about trying to sell some sourdough as a side gig. I work full time as a hospice nurse during the day, and a farm hand in the evening. The prime time to feed your starter is late at night, and prep your loafs early in the AM 😉
