✨ What Cinnamon Lane Is All About ✨
As we continue settling into Old Town and serving more of the Hartland and surrounding communities, we’ve welcomed so many new faces — and we’re so grateful you’re here.
We wanted to share a little about how we do things, because our approach may look a little different than what some are used to.
At Cinnamon Lane, we are a small-batch, scratch bakery.
We don’t use frozen cakes.
We don’t use bucket buttercream.
We don’t use preservatives.
Everything is made fresh, in-house, every single day.
We bake intentionally — based on what we expect to sell — because our goal isn’t to have cases full of product sitting for days. Our goal is freshness. Our goal is quality. Our goal is to sell out.
That sometimes means we may not have dozens and dozens of varieties at once. It means we’re thoughtful. It means we protect the integrity of what we serve. It means when you buy something from us, it was made with care — not pulled from a freezer box.
Old Town, as we’re in our soft opening phase with an entirely new team, we’re taking this time to listen, learn, adjust, and grow the right way. We want to know what YOU love. We want to build this location around this community — not overwhelm it.
We’re adding new items into the rotation every day as we continue to dial in production and learn what our community loves most. If you stop in and see us nearly sold out, we encourage you to come back again — you may find something new the very next day. That’s the beauty of small-batch baking.
Cinnamon Lane isn’t about quantity.
It’s about quality.
It’s about real food made by real people.
It’s about community and friendship.
