Practiced my bagel shaping skills yesterday & I am not ‘unhappy’ with the results❣️😉❣️Not 100% there yet with the rope method, but am very close.

😞😢 Sad Sad News 😢😞
Don just went out a little bit ago and retrieved our Saturday mail from the snowy mailbox thst contained one piece of junk mail & an unexpected notification from the South Dakota Dept of Revenue that someone (obviously uneducated in South Dakota Revenue tax laws) deemed it their duty to report me as operating outside the tax laws. For this reason, I am suspending orders this week until I clear this matter up with the South Dakota Department of Revenue.
FYI to the person who reported me … there are monetary thresholds in the South Dakota revenue statute tax laws for a obtaining a license along with the requirement to file & pay taxes for a reason. I did all the research before I launched this cottage bakery from our home kitchen and so I know exactly at what point in this new adventure that I will be required by law to apply for said sales tax license.
Those who know me know that I am an extremely biblically & legally minded person. So on that note …
